Is there a good glow in the dark paint I can clear coat over?... and does it show up in the light or only in dark?

HoK makes a Glow in the dark paint and has also updated it recently to more colorfast. In 1991 a bike I did won the Rats Hole show and I had done the graphics in this stuff. If course it shows up in the light as it comes in colors but only glows in the dark, hence the name
