I just bought a couple of sheets of 3/16" white acrylic. These are made by Shimora, and they cost $80 each. That is about $30 to $50 less than the sheets I've been getting from my other suppliers (who have different brands). That's a BIG difference. Is there any quality difference? (They seem fine now, but will they yellow or crack or something in five years?)

Hiya Scooter, From my experience, the "imported" acrylic doesn't last nearly as long as Acrylite or Plexiglass Brands. I've seen cheap colors fade in 2-3 years, while the name brand products last for 7 years or more. Cheap polycarbonate "yellows" a lot quicker too.
Havin' fun,

the job i'm doing right now has 100% vinyl coverage (a solid dark background with lighter color lettering) so I'm not worried about the white acrylic fading or yellowing.
