Hiya Mitch, Normally, I just use the black disposable foam rollers that you can get from nearly any sign supplier. Lately though, I've switched to the whizz brand seamless rollers and I think they're great for smaller work. They are a little pricey, but you can get a flawless finish.

yeah, I used a few whizz rollers today, the ones you get a lowes. They worked pretty well. Only thing is, not so great for vertical surfaces, as the paint will get clogged up inside the roller and squirt out if you press too hard. That doesn't happen with the black ones because they don't hold much paint in the first place.
