Just realized I've only ordered 1 pre-cut Lusterboard 1x8 when I needed two.
Luckily I ordered an extra 4x8.
I have no panel saw.
(Lusterboard is like ½" Alumalite with a wood core)
Can I do this with a circular saw? Any tips?
[Thanks]
Love....Jill

Clamp a straight-edge to run your circular saw against.

Jill, we swap blades to a metal cutting ,on our circular Skil, clamp straight edge as mentioned.
should be about 1 1/4 inch-or about, from line or edge of the clamped straight edge.)
the width of the "deck" to blade line. wear glasses !
( we actually have a 6" wide 1/2 " scrap 8ft. lusterB. for this activity! )

FYI-you can......if you know your neighbor, you might have to yank off a 8 ft.piece of their horse boarding fence !...."dear".

fresh cut edge will also be a bit sharp, got nail file young lady ?
you go sign-girl !

it will cut fine with a plywood blade
or a fine tooth carbide blade.
