This can't be real. We're walking around upside down and driving on the left side of the road. There's strange, exotic vegetation and animals covered with wool. Off in the distance, we can see the Ocean. This is truly a dream come true.

Steve, While I was chatting to you last night, the name that I was trying to remember was Brian Fairchild. He lives in Albany not far from Norm's place where you are staying. PHONE (09) 473 9109.
Brian is a great guy. He's President of the New Zealand Sign Association and has attented a number of Ozzie Meets. No doubt he will be going to the NZ Letterheads this year and might even be coming over for ours again. Give him a call.
Another well travelled "Letterhead" in Auckland is Julian Mulhare 579 2094 .. he was at Mazzepa a few years back.
PS: DON'T close your eyes when driving ... just remember "LEFT is RIGHT"
And when the sweet young thing in the takeout asks you for "Sex Dollars for the Fush" she means a piece if fish is $6!

MONTE & PAT....GUESS WHAT... Steve & Barb are staying with us right now...Picked them up at the airport yesterday at 5am in the morning..!! So far thay have done well with the jetlag and starting to see the beauty of Auckland. Both had a good sleep and are just about to go out on the harbour. Will post some pics later.

I'm not sure when Steve and barb are going to be up in QLD but i'm there until the 6th and am hoping to take a spin out to toowoomba to see Jon & Ian for a drink and yak. Just noticed the kiwi meet is on until the 8th so I'll be back home by then, bummer would of been great to catch Steve and Barb while I was up there. Dont hold me to it Jon & Ian but I'm gunna try to get out there. Plan is to drop the girls off in brizzy shopping or maybe the beach and head out , will probably be next week.
