This is only from my speculation... I don't own one but,,,

I have a Mutoh Falcon. Support is via third party as Mutoh does not directly support their printers. For the hardware, GEI Calgraph is the vendor approved by Mutoh.

I have a Mutoh falcon Jr. which is basically the same machine only 36" I'm very happy with it. bought it from Gregory and their support is very good. I would close my shop before I would by anything from sign whorehouse. "If you want a good scrwin'. . . call sign whorehouse!
