Well, finally got the news - good and bad. The biopsy came back negative but I do have the gene for breast cancer. So I'm safe right now. Thanks all for your well wishes and prayers. This board is great - I mean I've only met a few of you but always feel so welcome. It means a lot.

No matter what is said there is still some anxiety until the results get back..

That is wonderful news. Like the others have encouraged you to take advantage of the testing every year, so glad we live in an era where there is so much intervention and early detection successes. It just makes me thankful for what I have and cherish my family and friends.
