local township is looking for signage and I need to tender on it.
25 of 48"x 96" coutour cut 3/4" armorbond, 4 color process print with over lamination (I got an edge2 so can print myself), also supply 50x of 6" x 6" post 14' tall with ball and cap (painted to spec)
need to quote this by noon tomorrow. (closing of tender)

Denis, you really should go to www.pricingmadeeasy.com and check out EstiMate software. You plug in YOUR material costs, YOUR shop rate, YOUR overhead and the time it takes YOUR shop to produce it. You end up with the price YOU need to charge. If it seems low, increase it but you'll know the minimum price you can charge for these and still make money on it.
