My sister-in-law was at the McDonalds drive-thru with her 5 year old grandson and ordered the two burgers, two fries, two bucks.
When the bag got in the car, her 5 year old grandson opened it and said: "Hey....wheres the two bucks"!!
Priceless!

In about 1988...I was taking my kids to the baby sitter at about six in the morning. My son had a short haircut, and was wearing one of those black simulated pilots jackets. I had a pair of "risky business" type sunglasses on the dash. He reached up, put them on, looked at me and said....."Dad, when I grow up I'm gonna get some glasses just like these, and if I can't find some just like these....I'm gonna get some that are just as cool"! At the same time he snapped his fingers and gave me the thumbs up.
I will never forget that moment.

My lady Carol is a "woman of colour" (jamacan/born in England/raised in Canada)and the area we live in is primarily caucasian(me being Iroquois Indian and Carol being black), we pretty much make up the visual minority out here in the boonies. We where visiting next door and thier 4 year old daughter was sitting next to Carol reading a book and after about 10 minutes I see here slowly stroking Carol's arm..."Your Brown" she said. Carol answered "yes...I am". "All over?" she asked "Yes" Carol said. There was a long pause and she called to her mom. "Hey Mom...Can I be BROWN too? It's just one of those times when you see the small light come on as they start to see the world around themselves a little differently.

My little sister started opening her presents, and as soon as she opened my grandmother's gift, she grabbed the ball that was inside. Attached to it was a tag w/ an american flag on it. Guess what she did?
She gave it to my mom, and said "John Kerry Mommy." We all laughed so hard. *Gump*
