I was in my shop the other morning. The Capt. of the local fire dept. come and visits, with a roll of 15" Avery vinyl in his hand. He proceedes to tell me that he has a box of vinyl in his truck that a local sign shop had given him after there move. I go out to his truck, and low & behold, there were about 15 rolls or 3M, Gerber & Avery vinyls there! About 1 month ago we had finished a project from him, and we had donated some time to the dept. on a high profile project they were working on. So sure enough he gave us the entire box as a thank you!
Yes, thats who its from. I heard he moved out to the midwest. I looked at his site, he did really great work. I met him only once an a funural of a mutual friend so I didnt know him to well. I hope all is well for him in his move. And by all means, if he wants his vinyl back, just let me know your new address! Never the less, it was a nice gesture from the fire captin!
