The internet brings all sorts of discoveries. While looking for some ventilation equipment at my day job I found the story of a mural which was recently painted on a building in Lexington, Kentucky.
The Big Ass Fan Company -- www.bigassfans.com --manufactures large ceiling fans, with wingspans of fifteen or so feet.
Last fall they got a permit from the city for an advertising mural to be painted onto the brick wall of their warehouse. Photos on the website.

we got a coffee place here named BAD-ASS COFFEE CO. and they got a lot of flack...had a similar picture of a donkey with coffee bags on his back......

Hey Paul, It's funny that you posted those pics here. I live about an hour south of Lexington, and make it a point to drive by there for a laugh or to when I get to 'town'. It's kinda been an inside joke here 'round the shop. (I won't elaborate)
I ran across 'The Fan Co.' by mistake on one of my 'adventures' in Lexington. (aka,driving around lost.........must be a man thing!)
Great to see that something from my tiny corner of the planet has made it all the way here to Letterville!
