I'm probably showing my ignorance, but are these type faces hand drawn totally or is there a digitized version we can buy somewhere. This one, but also other variations.
Thanks for the help!

I don't think anyone should feel they are asking an "ignorant" question...that's how people learn! There are probably others out there who are glad you asked! There are probably other sources that can be found, but one of the best places I can think of is www.davidbutler.com David & Susie do AWESOME work and Ithink they offer fonts on their site. Their clip art CD might have some fonts on them too. I'm not sure. You could e-mail or call them though and I'm sure they would help you.

This one is called Wood Type and it is one of the fonts in Corel. There are several others included with Corel. Of course you have to add your own drop shadows and outlines.

I love this style, but it would take me several hours to draw it. Guess I either need to font's as showing in the letterhead mags or atleast the name and then I can add elements and tweaks. I'll look in the corel file and I've checked with Letterhead fonts, fontry and I couple others, but I'll Butlers too! Thanks for the help!

It's not all that hard to customize what you already have, particularly if it's only a customer name. (a whole line of copy lends itself better to an actual font). A sample like you're showing here can be sorta a template to add your own bells and whistles. As an example, that woodtype font looks awful "flea market" as is, but with a little help could be interesting.
Nice biproduct is that you end of with something completely you.
As far as fonts go, letterhead fonts.com has a sale going with 5 fonts for $99...some similar to the glass piece you have there.

Check out the link above to see some fonts that probably fit your needs. I searched around the Internet to find commercial fonts I thought would compliment our CD collections. Adobe makes two or three similar fonts to the one you showed called Zebrawood and Rosewood, and maybe one other one ending in "wood". Others have already mentioned Letterheadfonts.com and I agree. Check out their site, too.

There was a font CD offered on eBay "Circus Fonts" by Dover. One font looked exactly like the one you pictured. Might want to do a Google search on Dover fonts, as well.

I have the Circus Fonts CD, there is nothing close to what he shows-a good reference book for building this type of typeface it Clarence P. Hornung's "Handbook or Early Advertising Art" or the Dover Series-Especially the Victorian, Circus (non CD one and Woodblocktype-Either way, your looking atc some time cleaning them up to use.....

I was just checking thru some of those fonts at the site posted today in the thread about Decorative Alphabets. Is the one called Romantique(sp) close to what you are looking for?
