Nitro Cool .

Note the "T" looks like a hammer shape

Customer says its Groovy font, but I think that is just a category name because all I find is 100s of called groovy fonts

I don't have a clue on the font, but tell him I really like the Rambler wagon.

I have no idea of what that particular font is called, out of probably a million fonts available online.

Have you tried "isolating" that part of the "logo" and running it thru "What the font"?

Heck it might even be a computer generated custom "hand painted" lettering job?

Do you just need to reproduce the same lettering or use a font like it for another project?

If you just need to reproduce the same lettering, it shouldn't take more than an hour or so. If you need extra letters to match, just add a few more hours to the bill!! LOL

(Bottom line...you'll probably spend more time searching than it will take to re-create!)

They have business cards with that font and a vinyl sign made some vinyl lettering for their truck. Owner wants me to do a nice hand painted custom sign. I even stopped by their house/shop again,,, to try and get the actual font name, or the name of the vinyl shop so I can ask the shop. They cant remember... or wont make the effort to find their invoice or receipt with the vinyl shops name.

Ive done other pinstriping and hand painted lettering for them. I had this same problem about a year ago with them about this font. I never could find the font. I dont even like the font the owner likes it. He also told me it is copyrighted and his wife bought it and she can send it to me email. I talk to her twice about sending it, Now she says she cant send it from her computer. They dont have it on CD they tell me...

Ugh !

Can't you just trace it in vector? There are only 7 characters and they are quite loose as far as the serifs. The 'I' 'T' 'R' and 'L' look as though they share the same looking vertical stroke, and once you do the 'O', just duplicate it. You could do this within 30 minuets, and it would be yours forever.

Rick...send me a high resolution picture of that lettering/logo and I will vectorize it for you. If that is what you need. Then you can enlarge it or do whatever you need to do to use it.

Just let me know what format you use, CorelDraw, Illustrator, etc.

No charge and about 24 hr turnaround. (If you need it in a hurry there might be a "hurry" charge if it interrupts my play time)

COOL STUFF!!!!!! Ignore my previous posts...You've got things under control!!! [Applause] [Applause]
