It's not a world record. I have done 70 in a day but I worked into the night. All brush work Kent! I use glossy One Shot Lettering Enamels and large #24 and #20 quills. I usually put the make, a feature, and either a price or a payment on used cars. On new vehicles I may put a interest rate or info about whatever special sales event they have going on.(i.e. Year End Close Out!) A left handed person would have problems lettering the left side of windshields in American but in Australia it would come in handy. Maybe Jon in Oz will chime in and explain how he does windshields. Client gives me a list of vehicles with stock numbers and what message he wants on them. I write the info at the top left corner of each windsheild with a white China marker...draw a few guide lines for year, feature, and price/payment. Then I letter each one with white or chrome yellow One Shot. Then come back with fire red or process blue and accent each one with cloud bursts, wiggly lines, stars, shading, etc. Here are few windshields I have done.
