I'm new to vinyl graphics(no plotter yet)and would like to post an artwork sample for advice.
I understand that "vector" art is B&W line art or shapes, right?
If so, I would like to post a pic to get advice on whether I've cleaned up my scanned image enough to plot/cut
I forgot to mention that I'm only practicing until I get a plotter.(can't cut sample)

Advice appreciated
Thanks
V.Wayne

why don't you just go ahead and cut it out?
you have be your own judge as to whether it is good enough to use. Many factors have to be taken into account for any of us to give advice: like, how big is it, what is it applied to, how far away are the viewers, etc. etc. etc.

Actually, V, vector images are not B&W line art or shapes. Vector images are ones "created" with lines. What you are refering to are simply black and white scans and are not recognised by plotter/cutters. Cutters recognize only actual lines. If you have a scanned image, you will need to "trace" that image with a tracing program or you will have to "manually" draw over top of the scanned image in a vector drawing program, such as a dedicated signmaking program or a program like CorelDraw. The Pixel editing features of a scanning/bitmap editing program will make the image "cleaner" to look at but won't give you a file that is going to be "cuttable".

To answer your actual question about posting. You can read all sorts of previous posts on the subject by hiotting the "search" icon at the top right of this page or you can e-mail me the scanned image and I can post it to my website and send you the code to type in on the BullBoard to show that picture.
