My usual experience is business folks don't usually spend much on signs from Christmas to tax time, then suddenly things break loose. Last year we saw no slow down, and this year things slowed but seem to be breaking loose and we're busy again.

I've always said that the best way to guarantee an increase of business is to plan a trip... or plan a surgery!
I'll be having two major back surgeries a week apart on March 1 and 8, so of course I've got a bunch of work dropped on me to finish in the next day or so! I just finished one job and it's on to the next.

David, I sure hope you walk away with a strong back and plenty of help healing. Design some PT around chores that you do in the shop. Sweeping floor might be good.
