Yesterday, one of my regulars, a truck driver/country singer came in. He just wanted his and his girlfriend's name on his new pick-up truck. Then he start telling me how this weekend he is going to perform at a concert in Yakima WA. He was asked to sing "Delta Dawn".He never sung that one before. So after I got the job done, he whips out his guitar and sings for me Delta Dawn. He just kinda wanted to practice it before a live audience, me. Right in my little shop, he played his guitar and sang the song. So after he asked me what he owed me, I said you already paid, the song was the payment. Live music is priceless.
