OK. I broke down and bought a new pc with Windows 10. The second new machine with it, but I still love using my old desk top machine with XP. I know how it works and am familiar with it.
Is there any way I can load my old Corel discs on the new machine and have it work Corel, or do I need to start over with the new Corel version (number?).
Is there some program that will allow using the old 32 bit version on the new machine?

All I can say is that when I upgraded to Win 10 I found that certain features of CorelDraw X3 didn't work (Like accessing the acquire function). I elected to purchase CorelDraw X7 and feel that it was a great decision even though I just use CorelDraw as a toy/hobby now.

We all hate change but in the technology field it is inevitable and I figure I may as well keep up with any new advances.

ok...... most CORELS(7-X7) will load in both 32 and 64 bit machines. this is not the problem.
64 bit operating systems are great for gamers and high resolution graphical applications.
now MYSELF i dont have corel loaded on any 64 BIT MACHINES.
i have a small laptop/touch screen with WIN 10 but it is 32 bit, but i dont have any corel loaded to it cause of the HARD DRIVE 32 gig size.
i run WIN 7 and COREL X7 & X3...... on this machine. runs perfect.
when you say OLD COREL ......... what version we talking??? i think any from 7 up will load but i would feel more comfortable laoding an X4, X5, X6, X7 or newest X8 TO A WIN 10 64 BIT MACHINE.
THE X versions i believe can be installed as 32 or 64 bit.
price wise you can buy newer(old X5,6)versions on line for way less then X8.....and X8 isnt far from X6-7 in what it will do.
