This guy wants boat lettering using a font he saw online. He showed it to my, I said "Are you kidding? He thought it looked cool. I showed him the lettering in another font, but nooooooo. I then said "Okay, esta loco, purque se ve muy feo.Yo sabe nada. No se puede liar".
 - His is the font on top, it's called Phoenix 1. Piece of crap. He also got boat ID numbers in the same font. Oh, and he will be installing his own letters. I might puke during the install.

lot of state laws......will not let you use any font for registration numbers.
most want these at either 3-4" plain block letters...
and anything else will get a ticket............

It never ceases to amaze me, at what passes for fonts, on some of these sites. I think they go around to elementary schools, and get lettering samples from 2nd graders....then give 'em a name.

And Joe's right.....most states, the license numbers have to be readily legible.

Alicia, maybe he just likes the wild letter style, because people have to ask him what it says and that is the only way he can get a conversation goin
