For those of you who've known Sam since she was little, I thought you might want to see her latest.
She's graduating on Thursday and is headed to St. Mary's College of CA in August.

It has been great watching her grow up from a little girl to a beautiful young woman. All her accomplishments along the way, one very talented girl, but just look at her talented parents.

Thanks everyone. I have to have a "mommy brag" moment here.
She's finishing school with a 4.2 GPA, completed 7 AP classes which will give her college credit as well as her recognition for National Honors Society, World Language Scholars and California Scholarship Federation.
At Cum Laude night last week, she won two scholarships - one for her community service (Ronald McDonald House primarily) and the other from the the drama department.
She also won the Presidential Scholarship from St. Mary's College for her academics.
She's managed all of this while also working and having the lead in this spring's production of The Matchmaker.
Oh and last year, she co-ordinated a landscaping/beautification project for our Ronald McDonald House which involved soliciting donations of all plants/supplies from a local nursery and talking about 30 of her friends into helping her clear, dig and plant on a crazy hot day.
She's planning on majoring in Justice, Community and Leadership at SMC.
Yea, we're kinda proud.

and she has a personality, and warmth and a caring heart...those are the traits I'd want to encourage and not allow to be eroded by the academic and business world. Go Sammie!!!
