I need some tech help desperately. I have SignLab version 9 print & cut and it has worked fine for several years already. Today I tried to open the program as I do everyday and I got a message that popped up that said "The program can't start because JobNotes.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem." Has anyone had this happen to your computer? I have been dead in the water all day trying to get this resolved. I have reloaded the software, which I have never had to do and it still pops up with the JobNotes missing!
Funny thing is I have never used the JobNotes feature in the software which is a nice thing to have, but why is it keeping me from opening the program??
I also have never called SignLab tech support before so this should be quite an experience.
Any suggestions would be great right now. Yes, I still have my paint brushes but I do most of my designing in SignLab.
Sign-cerely stumped, Steve

Did you uninstall first or just install over the existing files? I would uninstall reboot and then re-install and reboot. I have never experienced this problem either. Signlab tech support it awesome and will be able to help you I am sure.
Good Luck!
