Happy Holidays to all!

Here's my problem. Upgraded to a Graphtec 6000 in Aug. Been cutting fine until 2 nights ago. For the holidays I cut stencils to be applied onto glass ornaments for glass etching. My design was 7" x 4" but the cutter cut the stencil 7.25" x 4.25" Had not noticed the slight difference on previous projects as they were centered on the boards. However, the stencils must be exact for the ornament!

Why? Each ornament is custom, because I etch names on each based on the customer's order. The project I am currently working on is for a customer that has ordered ornaments since 1988!

I use Corel Draw for design the stencil. Once I am satisfied with the design I add the longest name on the list and then copy the design to the number or names ordered. I then send the project to the Graphtec for cutting. The results are larger than what was sent and unusable!

I can resize on the Graphtec, but not only one at a time due to the customizing with names. This project is for 42 and I have 5 more projects with a total of 160 custom stencils for a diamond bevel edge glass ornaments.

This project is a Nativity scene with 2014 at the top and the names at the bottom.

Another project is the 8th of 12 days of Christmas with about 10 customers and 200+ ornaments. Cutting size difference is not a problem with these as the design is not that critical.

By adding the date on the ornament, I discovered that customers return or their gifts generate additional projects.

So, any assistance in eliminating the cutting difference is greatly appreciated!

Are you using the graphtec cutting master to cut directly out of corel? If so, make sure you job is still 100%. Mine's got bumped before.
