Amazing...20 billion dollars...according to the report even after Obama signed a new law in 2012 ordering better records be kept on micropurchases...and that credit checks be given to cardholders so that those with poor credit histories don't misuse their card...federal employees at these agencies still kept gaming the system...got to tighten up that law even more...that's just crazy.
