I've been using this outfit for a little over a year now. I've been very satisfied. They are wholesale to the trade only and have an online ordering system that gives you the prices on screen as you add features. $35 minimum order but you can combine any of their products to make the minimum.
I recently updated my own logo for my new shop truck and ordered the vinyl from them. I used the Illustrator actions plug in from Charles Borges to create the shaded 3D block. For some reason even when you select the entire graphic and rotate it, it doesn't work. I ended up with white areas where there shouldn't have been. Apparently, someone in the graphics dept. rotated my art to make it fit better for production. I told them about the problem and without hesitation, they immediately reprinted my graphics and shipped it at no charge even though it technically was my art that caused the problem. I call that good service. Now all I have to do when I use that feature is to group the whole graphic. When you do that it keeps everything lined up when you rotate it.
BTW, for anyone using Illustrator, I highly recommend Charles' Actions plug in. At only $20, it is an awesome tool.

I use Signs365 a lot. I haven't done the type flag you are asking about but they do print on a few different fabrics and can supply pole pockets or grommets.
