Well, As mentioned previously, A buddy and I went on a shopping trip yesterday.... For Solid State Drives....
Found what I wanted....
Today I installed the SSD, formatted it and installed Win 8.1 on it in my laptop.
Then installed all my regular programs....
WOW!!!! What a difference in speed!!!!!
CorelDraw used to take 5-10 seconds to open...Now it is the blink of an eye.
Word is just as quick.
EVERYTHING is instant access, even internet sites seem quicker...
All I can say is, If your computer is starting to seem sluggish, invest in a solid state drive, you will love it.

When I got my current computer two years ago, I opted for SSD. I'll never go back to spinning platters, even the WD Raptors I had before that. SSD costs a little more but it's well worth the investment.
