I use Flexi 8.6 and spent an hour looking for a particular script. Does anyone have a trick to organize the fonts? If I could get the scripts together it would save mucho (a lot) of time! Jer/Artworx

I have a font program whose name I can't remember (it's not on this internet PC) and you can have a bunch of fonts installed, but also have them in separate folders on the PC, and it can preview your text in just the ones in that folder, if you want, as opposed to previewing every installed font.
It was free, but the only problem is it is old and won't show Open Type fonts, only TTF, and I'd love to be able to convert some OTF to TTF so they'd show up. I have a couple of programs that work only from TTF and it is a bit of a nuisance to have to open a different program, type them in OTF and convert to curves then save as ai and the open the new program & import the file.
BT Font Navigator (free with Corel Draw) was another, but I have not used that in years.

Except the version I had doesn't do Open Type Fonts. Terrific program.

If I were a highly paid app designer, I would have this ready by COB tomorrow. All for a $1.99 That baby would go in, take a look at your font file folder and sort them out in all the subcatagories you wish.
Then, every month it would build it's own "favorite" folder based on what you use the most.
Do I win?

Yes, Mike, you win, except that it would need to be able to ignore arial and times bold/roman or word/text/email documents...
