go to start/accessories/command prompt . In the dos window type ipconfig /all and hit enter. the results should list any and all ip addresses for your computer

Russ, your are right. The IP address did nothing for me.
Roland provides a set up program to identify the printer's IP address. I didn't have the set up program loaded. The information doesn't appear to be in my manuals on how to do it either.
Its been over 3 years since we moved the printer and I forgot how to set it up! Being 60 doesn't help! Its working now only because my son fiddled around with it for about an hour last night.
