I'm constructing an L shaped sign that will require a 36x30 pillar cap as well as a cap to cover the 9x3 base. I'm just wondering if there are any articles archived with how to form something like this or if anyone has any suggestions. I think I am going to make them with concrete with the base being comprised of three sections. I considered using a stucco type product over a wood and foam base, but I am concerned with the possibility of people climbing on it.
