Hello gang!

I have a wild idea up my sleeve on distributing a very particular style of stencil that isn't currently available right now.

I'm on the lookout for a place that can offer the product and distribution help. I don't want these to be decals, but rather reusable plastic stencils.

Would anyone have any leads at all? Thanks in advance if you do!

Here's an idea. Get someone with a router table to route them out of 1/8" foam PVC or .040 aluminum with the centers connected.

What sort of size? We can make stencils on the laser engraver, but are limited to 24" x 18"

If you want lots of the same and want to keep the unit cost down, check with a box manufacturer and have them die-cut.

ask grandpa Dan if he can rout you some out of a suitable material such as pvc(sintra or substitue) or polypropelene maybe even brass if you want high quality,...just a thought

Donna, some auto paint stores stock stencils, why not check them out if you can and get a manufacturer's name and contact them? Just a thought, Peace, Don

You can cut them yourself on a plotter- material
from Bren Inc- we use Synthetic Stencil Board.
Takes a lot of force tho. Gene
