I pitched this idea to my Lawyer after hearing his sign problems, it's my first ground sign start to finsh, I learned a ton from dealing with the town permit office and about every substrate out there. I farmed out the carving to Mark and Wendy Casey (I'll carve the next one myself) hired my brother in-law to dig the holes and help install the posts.
It's all 1-shot paint with 23k leaf. Main sign board is MDO, letters are HDU,the trim is all recycled hardwood and the post caps I made from scrap HDU.
There is space that the bottom for one more Lawyer as there is an empty office in the building.

Hi again Chris, first ground sign, does that mean you are new to the business? I've been at this for 30 years and I think I've made every possible mistake, so if you need any help give us a call, you might just save yourself from repeating some of the stuff I've done wrong!

Pete thanks again, the first sign I ever painted was about 16 years ago and it was such a horrible experience I went and did other things for a while. Until I fixing a couple signs at my 9-5, I forgot how much I enjoy the work as it's multi skilled. I wanted to learn something traditional so I took a pinstriping class at the local collage and really dig lettering and started on the long road of self-tough brush work, with lots of pointers from the Ontrario Pinstripers at local shows and the Detroit Autorama charity event, i'v been picking up what I can, the community is just awesome with many good people. You have been mentioned as a good resource but I have not ventured in your direction yet, but did sign up on your site. I'm starting out slow, for now. Thx
