I cut some letters from 3mm dibond/alupanel and 6mm PVC. I have bonded them together and would appreciated some suggestions for a good way to cover the joint line showing on the interior and exterior edges, prior to painting the edges. These are for interior display. Any tried and true product ideas to smooth/hide the seams?

I would seriously think that you will have a severe issue with the expansion and contraction issues of each dissimilar media both interior and exterior! just saying!

I haven't tried this on your combination of materials, but I use this on my carved HDU signs. I use West Systems epoxy and add to it their 410 microlight fairing powder (mix it in to peanut butter consistancy). I spread it on with a knife. Let it dry at least 8 hours, easy to sand smooth.
