Any place that has a CNC lazer can cut you the shapes. I had 30 large peices of 1/8 6061 AL cut last year to custom shapes including mounting holes then had them powdercoat them. If you cannot find anyone there are various locations here in Ontario that I have used.
(Edited) to add that lazer cutting was significatly less expensive than Waterjet.
