I have a sheet of 4x8 1/2" thick Sentra I need routed out...it's a very basic shape, round corners and a half circle centered at the top...anyone local or know anyone? Thanks!

I'm not against routers because I own one. But since you just need one shape, you could draw this out in less than 15 minutes with a tape measure, a slat of wood, a nail (or screw), and a pencil. Then cut it out with a jig saw.

yes...i have thought about that, but this is replacing one that was run over by a bulldozer and it was routed out, much cleaner than my attempts with a jigsaw would be. Curtis, you're up in GR? A bit too far for me, but thanks for the tip...I'll cal wild bill tomorrow, he's about 30 minutes away it looks like.

We've got a Gerber 404 that could hadle this simple job in Waterford, MI....also there is a guy at Michigan Wholesale Signs in Wixom who used to rout stuff for us before I got our router. Good Luck
