That's true Ron!! I got a t-shirt to prove it. But our hominy girts are delicious with butter. Eggs, bacon or sausage go great with them, but when you're having ham..red eye gravy is best! We eat cheese grits with our fried catfish. Yall could learn a lot about southern cusine! Judy

I got some more stuff yesterday afternoon. I got two great panels for the silent auction from John Lenning. I got some more door prizes from Mack Brush.
The new engine in the truck passed the highway test yesterday...it didn't blow up. I'm loading up and leaving in the morning for Ohio to see Gump for his birthday Thursday then pointing the pickup south Friday morning. Hoping to get there before sundown.

I've just arrived in Charlotte, NC and will leisurely drive to Laurens, SC area giving me a couple days to sight see. If anyone else arrives early I'll be at the Comfort Suites in Clinton...we could do dinner Thursday.
