Well, after 50 years in this business the time has come for me to hang it up. Today will be my last day as a sign artist. At the end of the day the doors will be locked.

That's very admirable of you Ray... It's the natural progression of nature is'nt it? The old move aside and go off someplace and make room for the new....well it's been great reading your stories and we all appreciate the great advice given to us over the years but all things must come to an end...I'm getting all choked up here........

Heck, I will come down and take over. My hairless crested says he would like Texas better than Minnesota....
I'll up Wright's offer and give you a cool ten C notes for the whole place.

Raymond is still keen to learn something new every day and enjoys doing the bulk of the work he does. The only reason he'd selol his ShopBot is to buy a MultiCam. He may well hang his apron up and lock the doors tonight but he'll unlock that same door tomorrow morning and put on the apron once more. I'll be doing the same here in Yarrow...
Happy April 1 Raymond!

Actually it is all true. Like Sawatzky said, at the end of the day I will hang up my paint apron (but will put it back on again in the morning).
This will be my last day as a sign artist - tomorrow I will be a Visual Graphics Consultant...so I can charge more.
And I will lock the door at the end of the day.
So, see...I was completely honest.
David, thanks for the offer on the ShopBot, but I think I'll keep it awhile longer. It makes me too much money.
And Mark, I guess I'll have to keep the trained monkey, too. He's finally getting used to how I do things around here. Besides, if he left I would have to go back to work.
Happy April First to everyone. I hope this month is the best ever for you.
