Easy-smeasy, but only for residents. [Smile]
You can try this instead:

1. Resize your picture to max. 500 pixels wide or less and 60 kb or less

2. Go here: http://picdrive.com/index.cfm and upload your image

3. After uploading, copy the link that is for a "Forum or Message Board"

4. Come here and type your text, then paste the link. Don't use the IMAGE button, just paste and then check in preview if your picture shows up.

5. That's it. See? All smiles.
