Hiya Pat, For such a small quantity, your best bet is to print them on vinyl and stick them to the substrate. Or, perhaps printing right to Gerber's exterior Lexedge can work?

Contact them and tell them your situation. You are technically in the promotional industry by doing signs, so you shouldn't have any problem ordering through them. If not, I could process the order for you and split the dough

Thanks for the help. I got a great price from Georgia PrintCo to print them. Digital prints mounted to tags is not an option because I'm not sitting there trying to line them up on the tag then having to cut out the four slots on each one.
