Tell them anyway..... Lotti has been wanting to get her GED or Canadian Grade 12 equivalency for a while now. She was a little worried about the upcoming tests but after recently writing them thought she did all right. She emailed me the results which included a letter congratulating her on her outstanding achievement of ranking in the top 1 percent of Canadians who have written the tests. Considering that english is her second language, that is a phenomenal achievement! And I just wanted to tell all of you how proud I am of her, but she is too shy to blow her ow horn, so I had to trick her into it. I know she'll still love me anyway.

Way to go girl. I quit HS in my senior year after the first three weeks. I traveled the country for a year and then asked if I could re-enlist. They let me and I graduated a year later. They mailed me my diploma and I threw it in the garbage the day I got it. Not that it did me much good but at least I couldnt be called a quitter. Its only paper anyway. You really earn your rights once you step into the real world.
