I am a Police Officer and I have arrested many "homeless" people begging for money. This I know for a fact, Most of them have a wad of money on them. I would say an avarage of 40 to 50 dollars. I also know they have become more aggressive over the years. The thing is now, they jump in your car at a red light (with a woman driver) they feel the woman up everywhere they can. (GROSS!!) This obviously freaks the woman out, she screams, the "homeless" guy gets out of the car and runs. It is not till later later when she calms down when realizes that... HER PURSE IS GONE! So, keep your doors locked ladies! actually everybody should.
