LOL I'm so laffin' at you Duncan. If I parked my sofa in the middle of any given Costco, I'd be a happy camper for life. What more could a person require other than abit more privacy?

Hi Donna, found this late, but still in enough time for congratulations. Hope your day was/is a good one in hard times. I think about you, and I know it's one day at a time in learning to restructure and adjust.
Just think, next year on this day you will be waaaaay ahead emotionally, and your wobbly feet will have found some solid ground.
I guarantee it.

WOW! Where'd you all come from?!? Thanks from the heart!
Today was a day of nice surprises.
Cody wanted to wrap a gift for me but he thought it was MUCH better to go into my room and find something to wrap rather than get something from one of those 'cold impersonal stores'. So off he went. He found the christmas wrapping paper under my bed. He proudly came to me with a wonderfully wrapped gift! I was astonished how lovely it turned out! He says, "Mom, it's a surprise, but you put them on your feet. Can you guess? They're pretty." It was so adorable it brought tears to my eyes.
I had a rough day emotionally earlier and came home and was a wreck. A contractor I had just hired was working outside and saw me. He had to run out for a moment, but came back with more wood, PLUS a black forest bday cake for me! Someone told him it was my bday and he wanted to make it better for me.
A friend took cody and I out tonite to Castle Fun Park to cheer us up. What a nice gesture!
There sure are some great people out there! I'm very blessed. Thanks to Doug and all of you for making my day a nicer one online too!

moist chocolate cake, with cherry pie filling inside, loaded with real whipping cream on the outside, topped with chocolate shavings and marachino cherries. And it was so high the box wouldn't close properly! Ohhhhhhhh! *urp*
Ok Wayne, I'll bite! I'm 43. So was it me or you first? LOL
Tonite is bday #2 as nettie suggested; chocolate mousse cake tonite. Curves will need to see alot of me next week!
