Another apartment sign...this company has over 100 complexes scattered around and I'm their guy...my signs for them follow the same design which you guys have seen before...seems to work well and they like it...of course I come up with a different theme to match the apartment names...this time I decided on a landscape...it's like a coloring book...the black line separating the different elements in the landscape are blasted in...then painted...much much simpler than what I had previously done with a landscape on a sign in the past and yet still effective...also I gave the foreground trees some magic sclupt for added dimension.
The shot was early misty morning before leaving so the sign was a little wet from the morning dew.

Thanks Dave but the colors are actually more subdued than in the pic above...the shot below shows the true colors that were on the sign...this pic was taken at my open air studio...that would be my driveway...in the on site pic above the colors just didn't turn out close at all...I tried adjusting them in photoshop but could never get them to look like they really do...maybe the fog in the air that morning had something to do with it...anyway as you can see below the colors are really much more subdued and more pleasing...at least to my taste.
