Yikes, I haven't seen my favorite Dixie Paper cups at three of my local super markets. I think they stop making them. If I see them at the Dollar store,,,,,gonna load up the truck with them!

You wouldn't want them anyway, they recently added a coating to the 3 oz. Messes with enamels. The no name stuff at places like the Dollar Store are still good so far.

Oh! That's it! Time to make our signs and banners and have a "Protest! "We shall fight on the beaches, we shall fight on the landing grounds, we shall fight in the fields and in the streets, we shall fight in the hills; we shall never surrender,,,, okay, okay, that's a little much.

I buy the cheap-o Members Mark brand small paper cups at Sam's Club, no coatings yet.

Also find that the cheap paper towels at a Dollar Store type of place have no absorbents, perfume or anything else in them to transfer to what you are working on.

Speaking of SSam's Club, I also get 18" butcher paper in a 6" roll for patterns and masking paper.

The trick is to use Hot Cups, anything else has a coating that can mix with the paint and act as a retarder...or a never drier
