Does anyone know of a vendor who can print a flat black looking ink onto gloss black vinyl and then contour cut those a decals? The decals will also need a premask applied for placement purposes?

I will need several thousand.

Thank you,

Dale....Why not just use Matte black vinyl?

Thanks for your input, I have tried the flat black vinyls and they are not flat enough. We do not have the ability to print flat inks in-house so we are currently looking at 3 different vendors.

Hopefully this will be resolved soon because we have to move forward with this project quite quickly.

I can't really say much more about the project until it hits the market later this year.

Dale, did you get a sample of the GF vinyl? It's pretty flat.
We used to add flattening paste to our screen inks when necessary.
I'm not sure what we were using as it was in an unmarked can.
I just checked the NazDar catalog and thy have tow versions of flattening powder available yet.

What about spraying Krylon matte clear over them after printing them
