I may be doing contestant numbers for the National Finals Rodeo. The rectangle is 5" X 8", with a 1/2" radius on the corners. And that is the problem. Is their a company that would die cut these to size and then I screen print them (2 color)? Or is there an 'inexpensive' die cutter a person can setup to this size?
Thanks ahead of time!

Mick What is the material you are using for the rectangle? We have bought some thin lexan type material that you can edge print and run through the vinyl cutter (it takes 2 passes with the vinyl cutter). I believe it is made by Gerber, try contacting Hyatts at 800-234-9288. hyatts.com
It is called Gerber Lexedge 10 ml and Lexedge II 5 ml We used it for the top surface of some mouse pads. You can cut it to whatecpvwr shape you design.

We had one years ago in the screen print shop and used it for thin plastic, card stock and aluminum.

We have the lasso 1/2" corner rounder and use it on banner material, magnets PVC and styrene. Good investment.

I have the Lassco CR-20 model and have rounded everything from styrene to aluminum composites - great little unit and I've used it for many years......
