I'm the early morning guy in the family. Jane is not.

But when she announced she was getting up at 3 AM to watch the wedding and all the hoopla prior to it, I decided to score some points. I got her situated on the couch and made her breakfast. Today is the 33rd anniversary of our first date and we haven't been apart since. We plan on going out for supper after we make a delivery and pick up a big fat check.

I will use these points to score a fishing venture.

Don't know about the rest of you guys and gals here, but that Kate is a babe. We watched Charles and Diana when they wed, and although she became a great beauty, on that wedding day she looked like a child and I thought Charles looked like he robbed the craddle ... that perv (hahaha).

But Kate has the maturity and it shows. Her beauty is classic and I like the way she carries herself. I think it's cool they have something like this in the world. It's a good tradition with a rich history. Kudos to the Brits!

I just hope the newlyweds have better success than the groom's parents.

My best wishes to the new Duke and Duchess of Cambridge.

Stunning looking bride. She kinda looks a bit like the beauty, Alicia, but of course, a few years younger.
Glad all the hoopla is over. Now we can get back to the Don and his use of the F bommbs. I feel fortunate to live in a land with free speech.

I enjoyed it. Dianna was such a beautiful soul. I think it shines thru Kate. She is a classic. I'm impressed how they rise above all the politics.

I'm a sucker for love. Have a great anniversary!! Go splurge with that check... save some for worms though. [Wink]

Do I have a great guy, or what! [Big Grin]
I have always felt a minor connection to the Windsors in that Charles & Di were wed on my 30th birthday, William was born the day after Ben's birthday and today, William & Kate were married on the anniversary of Bill & my first date! ALL good days for BOTH families!
Looking forward to a nice dinner out with my favorite person in the world!

Thanks for making all the rest of us guys look bad, Bill . . . sheesh!

I'll be squaring up with you next month at your place . . .

And Jane, your favorite person for dinner? Then what's Bill doing tonight?

and the wedding only cost the English taxpayers 20 million pounds

Beautiful couple; I wish them all the best....but like Joey says......

The country is bankrupt, while the elites play.

Come to think of it....kinda like what we've got here, with our "elites".

Hmmmmmm.....I dunno.

How much revenue was generated in wedding paraphernalia? If the Obama administration's Keynesian economic policy has any value, then spending $20m pounds ought to be an economic boom for Britain.

I seem to recall that Obama's Inauguration cost us $171 million!

AND ... it did not generate millions of dollars in tourist revenue and keepsake souvenirs.

So $32 million isn't all that bad!

My wedding cost me 5 G's, the marriage 80 G's and the divorce only 200 bucks but I did generate 330 G's in those 51 days [Smile]

Joey,

The Apollo astronauts experienced approximately 7.2 Gs on re-entry. I think you got took.

I watched just about the whole wedding with Sue.... nothing else on all the TV channels here [Smile]

They were beautiful and VERY popular. His father, Charles, is next in line when the Queen finally tips over. But he is not all that popular and Camila "park your balls" is downright unpopular.

Interesting to see if they break protocol and jump a generation and make Willy King. Do the royals good I think.

I have a friend who told me she thinks that the Queen may just give the reign to her grandson and just skip by Charles, but, oh my that is heresay, you know! I did see the Queen smile today in her yellow sunshiny outfit and that was a grand moment as she is so proud of the new couple.

What wedding? Did I miss something?

I was flipping thru pics on facebook and ran across Princess Beatrice! OMG, this woman is ass ugly. She look like a bad inbreeding between a pirahna and a bug eyed llama! DAMN! Some say she looks like her mom, Fergie, I strongly disagree.

Americans that have fallen for Kate and William need to know They will be in Canada in late June.

Make your vacation plans for Montreal or Ottawa the last few days of the month. Canada would like to cash in on some tourist revenue generated by the royal wedding.

Sonny I sent you the spare invite I had, it cost a lot more than 20mil al the companies that were forced to close had to pay wages, that wasn't in the calculation.

I can hardly contain myself...the royal wedding followed by the beatification of Pope Jean Paul...such excitement...I almost peed myself twice.

The British gvmt is debating whether or not to post pix of the wedding nite to quiet rumors that they're not really married. They know it will offend some religious groups, tho, so they havent quite made up their minds.
