I'm thinking it's printed on Corex or Sintra board. Foam board might not hold up to the elements. It's printed and cut on one machine. The "Print N Cut" machine. When whoever delivers the signs, they can say they have the whole team fan base in the back seat.

Think the shop that got the contract needs to pay the models? Do each of the models get paid residuals? Do the players get to hear the canned cheers? Perhaps they'd make more $$$ by just mixing and editing re runs from past exciting moments in older games and a team of editors could win the world series?
