I am making 2 Changable letter sandwich board signs. What is the best way to attach the plastic track to my diabond? Will using a thin bead of clear silcone with a few screws work? Thank you for any advice.

I did that in the past Diane. Bead of silicone, a few flat head screws through countersunk holes. Then I added a strip of white vinyl to cover the screw heads and make everything smooth.

I just did a sign with the interchangeable letters. It was on a 4 8 DiBond the thicker kind, about 1/4 in. I just screwed the tracks on with, I think, No. 6 metal screws. I didn't use any silcone. Looks great, plus it's easy to remove the tracks and clean them. No one noticed the screw heads, it's part of the design. Just put them on nice, straight and even.
