we used this graphtec fc-3100 plotter for cutting vinyl use, last week, we had strong storm, this machine suddenly does not work any more. not sure what happened, when I send a file to cut like all the time before, machine not move.
switch different computer, different plotter worked but this one.
any suggestion? cable burst? or plotter burst? what can we do?
