Hey, guys.

It has been an interesting month for me...Both good, and bad.

June 3rd, I hit a major depression, and had a lot of personal problems that I couldn't just seem to shake. Without going into too much detail, as it is still fresh, but I went to the hospital and was admitted into a locked down psyche unit, and spent 8 days. One of the most disturbing issues was I felt that I was in a loveless marriage, and had found out that my wife was talking and messaging a man she works with.

I was diagnosed with severe depression, and anxiety. I was able to talk with counselors, doctors, and go through classes to learn about depression.

After getting out, I had a vacation planned to go to Georgia to visit my family, and I spent a week and a half there, and was able to spend time with, and reconnect with my sister.

While in Georgia, I was able to go to Laurel, MS to visit some old friends. I did a little job hunting while I was there, and got offered a job as a shop foreman at a sign company outside of Atlanta. I have decided to close shop, and I will be moving to Conyers, Ga by the end of July.

I will still check into the board, but I may not be on as much.

With time, this will all pass. Instead of a misfortune that is happening now. it will become past memory. We all gotta to go threw the fire sometimes.

Life is indeed a journey. What works at one point, fails at another. Depression is a tough one. I was married to a woman who suffered thru it regularly and it was hard to not feel like I was causing it in some way. Once we amicably split, I got over my remorse about it and she still suffers, blindly.
I have known some others who have it. I actually think most of us have bipolar issues to some degree, but education, good allies and refreshing positive energy always helps. As Alicia said, it will become a past memory. Get as much help with it as you can stand. There really some great professionals out there who can help out.
