Is anyone else having problems with Avery A9 BLACK (only)vinyl? I am finding that the vinyl has a high tack so that pulling it from the paper backer is harder than normal. With small letters pieces of paper remain stuck to the vinyl. I returned 10 yds for this problem and the replacement was just as bad.

When that happens to me, it usually because the blade has cuts too deep. When you try to put on the lettering, the vinyl picks up the cut paper. It's a mess when that happens. You have to use a pin to individually pull off the paper backing. Try cutting with less pressure and see what happens.

All, Thanks for input but isn't a pressure/blade issue or cutter strip. I can put in any other A9 vinyl and not have the issue If I have a large square of A9 Black it is very hard to pull the paper off it (High tack) It is when I cut small letters and because of that high tack that paper sticks to the back of the letters. There is defiantly an issue with a run of black at the factory. Kida reminds me of the A8 issue back many moons ago
